Digital products are supplied immediately upon payment and are non-refundable unless required by

All intellectual property rights are exclusively owned by WHOMMY Ltd.

WHOMMY Ltd excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
